Minara provides a prayer companion application that calculates prayer times based on your location and internationally recognized Islamic calculation methods. The service is provided free of charge and is intended to assist Muslims in observing their daily prayer schedule.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your device location settings are accurate for correct prayer time calculations
- Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it
- Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Minara, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Minara Foundation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Minara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate prayer times, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content. Prayer times are calculated based on astronomical data and selected calculation methods, and you should verify times with local Islamic authorities when necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minara Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
